The project includes the following beneficiaries:
Norsk Hummer AS
Norsk Hummer AS initiated and is the Coordinator of the the LobsterPlant project. The company is a manufacturer of juvenile and market size European lobster.
Storvik AS
Storvik AS is one of the industrial SME beneficiaries in the project. Their business activities cover innovation, production, maintenance and service of equipment for the aquacluture industry.
The Seafood Restaurant (Padstow) Limited
The Seafood Restaurant Ltd. is one of the SME beneficiaries in the project. Their participation is as an end user of farmed lobster.
The National Institute of Technology (TI)
TI is one of the RTD's in the LobsterPlant project. TI will take part of the RTD work related to development of the imaging and feeding systems, methods for cleaning raceways as well as system integration and validation.
University of Wales Swansea - Aquaculture Wales (UWS)
UWS is one of the RTD's in the LobsterPlant project. Their role in the project includes RTD work related to feed development and disinfection methods.
Labor Srl.
Labor is one of the RTDs in the LobsterPlant project. Their role will be development of the robotic system.
National Institute of Biological Resources (INRB - IPIMAR)
IPIMAR is one of the four RTDs in the LobsterPlant project. Their role will be testing and validation of nutritional quality of farmed lobster.
